2010: Dutch Ireland joins OMS as a business consultant. Dutch brings 20+ years of workers' compensation carrier experience to OMS. He will specialize in large group workers' compensation and benefits.
Brad Cobble joined OMS to manage the sales and marketing for OMS in the Florida Panhandle region. Brad is based in Destin, FL.

2009: OMS Insurance Group, LLC. contracted and enrolled it's first group into its new Integrated Health Management System. This system is exclusive to large group self-funded and partially self-funded benefit programs.
Cheryl Sanna is hired to oversee the sales and marketing of OMS in the Greater Orlando area.
OMS Staff Solutions, Inc. opens Tampa office to provide recruiting and staffing services to the Hillsborough & Pinellas County markets.

2008: Mike Yorio and Renee Larson became partners in OMS Staff Solutions. They are responsible for the sales, marketing and operations of this division.
Hutchison Brokerage, Inc. was acquired by OMS. Scott Hutchison became Vice-President of Financial Services. He specializes is brokering life and disability insurance along with retirement planning.

2007: OMS moved into its new corporate headquarters overlooking Lake Wire in downtown Lakeland, FL.
OMS Employer Services, LLC. processed over $150 million in payroll.
Entered the Destin market to handle the Florida Panhandle region.

2006: OMS Staff Solutions, Inc. was founded. After much market research and numerous requests from our client base, OMS Staff Solutions was founded to provide staffing and recruiting services.
Sylvia Colbert was promoted to Vice-President operations of OMS Group (Lakeland, FL).

2005: OMS Employer Services, LLC. processed over $100 million in payroll.

2003: OMS introduced the Advanced Administration Package combining a complete Payroll/HR package with group health and workers’ compensation insurance. This package included administration services such as COBRA administration, employee deduction management and workers’ compensation premium/audit management along with a complete payroll/HR offering.
OMS opened its first satellite office in Ft. Lauderdale. Tim Taylor became Vice-President of South Florida operations.

2002: MC Management Services, Inc. and Sale Benefit Solutions merged to create Outsource Management Solutions. This merger combined the payroll/HR administration services of MC Mgt with the employee benefits and workers’ compensation services of SBS. Greg Sale became a partner of OMS.
Outsource Management Solutions, LLC became OMS Group, Inc. and added OMS Insurance Group, LLC. as its insurance agency and OMS Employer Services, LLC as its payroll/HR administration division.

1998: Jerry Carpenter was hired as the first business consultant for MC Management Services, Inc.

1997: MC Management Services, Inc. was founded in Lakeland Florida by Jeff Miles and Bob Cleghorn. MC Management Services provided employee leasing services to clients throughout Florida.
